The Story of Andaal – A Taste of Tradition, A Legacy of Love
In the heart of Chennapattanam, there once lived a kind and gentle woman named Andaal — warm, wise, and with quiet magic in her hands. Everyone who visited her home was always welcomed with a cup of her filter coffee. It was rich, full of flavour, and people never forgot its taste.
But for Andaal, coffee was just the beginning.
As more and more people loved her coffee, she slowly started exploring other recipes from her childhood — things she had learned from her mother and grandmother. Her kitchen became a place full of flavours and smells — fresh snacks, tasty sweets, spicy pickles, and homemade masalas — all made with the same care as her coffee.
Andaal always believed in one simple thing: Good food should be made with natural ingredients.
She never used any shortcuts or chemicals. Everything was made fresh — stone-ground powders, sun-dried spices and pulses, and oils that were cold-pressed, not refined. Every ingredient was clean and honest, just like the food she made.
